These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the acceptance of donations by Parents raising Aspiring Youth ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a donation to our organization, you ("Donor," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms.

1. Acceptance of Donations

• Eligibility: We accept donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations. By making a donation, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.
• Purpose of Donations: Donations are accepted to support our mission and programs. We reserve the right to allocate donations to specific projects or general operations at our discretion unless the Donor specifies otherwise.
• Non-Refundable: Donations are considered final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or clear errors, subject to our discretion.

2. Types of Donations

• Monetary Donations: We accept donations in the form of credit card payments, bank transfers, checks, and cash. All monetary donations must be made in the currency specified by us.
• In-Kind Donations: We accept in-kind donations of goods or services that align with our needs and mission. All in-kind donations are subject to our prior approval.

3. Donor Information

• Personal Information: We collect and process personal information from donors, including name, contact information, and payment details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge all donations with a receipt sent via email or postal mail. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive your receipt.

4. Use of Donations

• Allocation: Donations will be used to further our mission and support our programs and operations. We may allocate funds where they are most needed unless you specify a particular project or purpose for your donation.
• Restricted Donations: If you make a restricted donation for a specific purpose, we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request. However, if the specific project is fully funded, discontinued, or otherwise not feasible, we may redirect the funds to a similar project or use them for general purposes.

5. Tax Information

• Tax Deductibility: Donations to our organization may be tax-deductible under applicable laws. Donors are responsible for determining the tax implications of their donations and for maintaining appropriate records for tax purposes.
• Tax Receipts: We will provide a tax receipt for all donations, where applicable, based on the information provided by the Donor.

6. Donation Refund Policy

• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the donation. Refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued in cases of clear error or duplicate transactions.
• Non-Refundable Donations: Once a donation has been applied to a specific project or purpose, it is considered non-refundable.

7. Donor Recognition

• Public Acknowledgment: We may publicly acknowledge donors in our communications, such as newsletters, websites, or annual reports. If you wish to remain anonymous, please notify us at the time of your donation.
• Naming Rights: For substantial donations, we may offer naming rights or other forms of recognition, subject to a separate agreement.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued donation after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
